Welcome to the RKB Medical & Aesthetics Training Academy by Dr Rory Boud.
Offering an Introduction to Botulinum Toxin Type A (standard three areas), Introduction to Dermal Fillers as well as a specialist Skin Boosters Course featuring Sisthaema, Phormae and Profhilo.
The RKB Academy is located at our beautiful clinic in Penn Hill, Poole, Dorset.
A full day’s training will be delivered by Dr Rory Boud (running from 8:45am to approximately 6pm) with complete training manuals for each course provided in advance for you to keep, the training includes live demonstrations of treatments, allocated time to treat your models with the complete guidance of Dr Rory and guidance on products, stockists and pointers for medical professionals getting started within this exciting industry.

About the academy:
The RKB Training Academy courses are strictly for medical professionals only, we will need your Registration Authority and Registration Number prior to acceptance on any RKB training course.
The cost for Introduction to Botox (standard three areas), Introduction to Dermal Filler and Introduction to Skin Boosters is £1,200 in total and is a full day at the RKB Clinic in Penn Hill, Poole.
The Course Covers:
– Introduction to Botox (treating three areas; forehead, glabella, crows feet) will cover theory, observing the treatment being administered by Dr Rory on a model and injecting on your own live models.
– Introduction to Dermal Filler will cover all the necessary theory, observation of Dr Rory administering Dermal Filler treatments and you will be injecting on live models lips and nasolabial folds.
– Introduction to Skin Boosters including Sisthaema, Phormae and Profhilo.
Dr Rory will go through theory, indications for treatments, contraindications and complications. You will learn injection techniques, where to buy products from and you will be issued with certificates on completion of training. Certification will be needed so you can register with an insurance company. We also give advice about new clinic start ups, insurance and ordering products.
We offer post-course support for 1 month via the RKB clinic mobile or email while you set yourself up as a new injector.
We recommend bringing your own model(s) for the treatments to be carried out by yourself under Dr Rory’s supervision for ease of follow up and taking your before and after pictures. You will need a model for Botulinum Toxin Type A in the morning and a model for Dermal Fillers in the afternoon (or the same model for both if they are happy).
