What is BELOTERO Revive?
BELOTERO® Revive is a next-generation, injectable hyaluronic acid, skin booster designed to rejuvenate the quality of skin and revitalise the early signs of sun damage. BELOTERO® Revive is a useful early intervention treatment that offers a natural looking and enhanced look to the skin. As a skin booster, it is not about adding volume to the skin. Instead, the formulation is designed to improve the condition of the skin by giving it hydration from within.

BELOTERO® Revive, unlike most other skin boosters, is indicated to revitalise the signs of early onset sun damage, which accounts for approximately 90% of external ageing. As well as this, BELOTERO® Revive also contains an additional ingredient of glycerol, one of the most hydrating substances in the polyalcohol family. This creates a lasting moisturising effect, as it promotes water absorption within the skin, resulting in increased hydration, smoothness, elasticity and firmness.

What is the downtime?
Side effects are uncommon, however you may experience slight swelling, redness, pain, itching, bruising or tenderness at the injection site directly after treatment. This should subside within a couple of days after the treatment.
Who cannot have the treatment?
- Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Patients who are hypersensitive to one of the product’s components, especially the sodium hyaluronate or glycerol
- If there is a local infection or inflammation
- History of streptococcal skin disease, those who are predisposed to hypertrophic scares or keloids
- Belotero Revive must not be used in association with other aesthetic procedures such as peeling or dermabrasion before complete healing of the last treatment. In any case Belotero Revive should not be used earlier than 2 weeks after the last treatment.
- Injection into an area where there is already another filling product should be avoided.
